The hotel is well-kept and beautiful with super friendly personnel from the electrical technicians who do everything else to all around to the people that watch over and the housekeepers. The location is marvellous, and the area is beach near golf courses and casinos. Also, I could reach The Gondola at Heavenly, set just a short walk away from the venue.

The location of the property was particularly good and unbeatable, perfect to walk to the nearby shopping center. The room was compact and reasonably large, provided with shower, comfortable beds, refrigerator.

Rooms are spotless and come with cozy fireplaces, so guests can relax 🪵. the decor is stylish and creates a comfortable atmosphere. Plus, the location is fantastic and convenient.

The hotel was fairly clean with exceptional and pleasant staff. the deluxe king room had a patio and a couch.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was well-kept and quaint thanks to its top-class staff. The location was easy, and we could reach Heavenly Village by walking. Set walking distance to a gondola station, it was great for traveling.

I loved the room with a balcony, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff members were always courteous and welcoming. The hotel's central location was convenient, being close to Lake Tahoe beach, various attractions, shops, restaurants.

Central location just off shopping centers and casinos, the lake and Heavenly Village, and ski lift, restaurants and shopping, and restaurants and bars are walking distance to the hotel.

Friendly staff who really took care of us. the rooms were cozy and super clean. Loved the king studio setup, especially with that cool fireplace and balcony. Service was top-notch and don't even get me started on the pool - it was amazing! 🌟
